ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Fleur.
I am a yoga and movement practitioner, offering traditional yoga, breathwork, and embodied movement-based practices.
With over 25 years of personal yoga practice and 8 years of teaching experience, my work is grounded in a somatic, body-based approach, shaped by the teachings and practices of traditional yoga, including Shadow Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as a lifelong career as a dance artist.
Yoga has been a consistent part of my life, influencing how I move, listen, and teach. It has offered a way to slow down, meet what arises, and stay present. A practice that has become even more essential since becoming a mother of two young children.
These practices continue to support how I work and live, moment by moment, with greater awareness, ease, and connection. I hold these spaces as shared practice, where guidance is offered and each person is supported in meeting their experience directly.
